The Center for Attention and Diagnosis of Infectious Diseases C.D.I. S.A. is a health services and clinical research company, constituted as a commercial corporation, subject to existing legislation, issued by the MINISTRY OF HEALTH AND SOCIAL PROTECTION, supervised by the NATIONAL HEALTH SUPERINTENDENCY and other agencies that apply to it in Colombia.

CDI S.A adheres to the Good Governance Code that is framed in the principles of transparency, governance, anti-corruption and control in business management. It is addressed to the members of the Board of Directors, the manager, employees, contractors, suppliers, shareholders and thus all parties interested in the business.
